From June 11 to 14, Wu Binjiang, the president of Ontario College of Traditional Chinese Medicine visited our university. Jiang Jianming, secretary of the Party Committee, Gao Weijuan, the university president and Zhang Mingli, the vice president met with him, gave a warm welcome to his visit, hoped that the two universities could strengthen communication in cooperation in Traditional Chinese medicine education, medical treatment and scientific research, and to promote the development of TCM between China and Canada.

President Gao Weijuan and president Wu Binjiang held talks and signed cooperation agreements. Both sides introduced the basic situation of the university, and exchanged views on establishing teaching base, carry out teacher-student exchanges and joint training of students, and International promotion of traditional Chinese medicine.

President Wu Binjiang also visited the Chinese herbal medicine processing inherit base, the medicinal botanical garden, the traditional Chinese medicine herbarium, the ancient book room, affiliated hospital, Qizhou campus and other places, communicated with teachers and students from school of Acupuncture-moxibustion and Tuina, and visited Shineway pharmaceutical group limited and Anguo Chinese herbal medicine market.
