1. From now on, students living in the international apartment shall submit application to the international office (room no. 324 or 325) one week before you leave China. You must go to the international office for registration within 24 hours after returning to China and provide the following documents:
(1) Passport;
(2) Two black and white photocopies of passport first page, valid visa page and the latest entry seal page.
In case of holiday, please get the temporary residence registration form (two copies) at the reception and submit the form and the documents above to the Household Office (户政大厅) of Yuwen Police Station (800 meters South of the crossing of Hongqi Street and Second Ring Road ).

2. After visa extension or transfer, you must submit the following documents to the international office within 3 days after you get new visa:
(1) Passport;
(2) Two black and white photocopies of passport first page, valid visa page and the latest entry seal page.
In case of late registration due to invalid documents, students shall be punished by the police station.
